At Myon Baits, we know that in fishing timing is everything. Whether you're preparing for a relaxing game or an important competition, you need the puck to get to you quickly and safely.

We want your shopping experience to be as simple as possible, so we've clarified our shipping policy. Here's everything you need to know about how much it costs and how long does it take to receive the order:

💰 1. Transport costs

A. For Deliveries in ROMANIA:

  • Free Shipping (> 300 Lei): If the value of your basket exceeds the amount of 300 lei, the shipping cost is 0 Lei. We bear the shipping costs!
  • Standard Fee (< 300 Lei): For orders under 300 Lei, we apply a one-time fee of 18 lei, anywhere in the country.
  • Exception: For industrial/bulk products (eg heavy bags of Fishmeal), shipping is calculated separately by weight.

B. For INTERNATIONAL Deliveries (Outside Romania):

  • Fixed fee of 18 Lei NO applies.
  • For external orders, our website will calculate automatically the cost of transport in the final steps of the order (Checkout), depending on the destination country and the total weight of the package.

⏱️ 2. Delivery Time: Usually in 24 Hours!

Our priority is to have your nada on the waterfront as quickly as possible. That's why we strive to most orders to be delivered within 24 hours from placement.

Here is the golden rule of order processing (the "12:00 PM Rule"):

  • Orders placed until 12:00: They are processed, packed and delivered to the courier on the same day. They usually get to you the next day (24h).
  • Orders placed after 12:00: They are picked up by the courier the next day, and the estimated delivery time is 48 hours.

  • In short: If you order in the morning (Monday-Thursday), you have a very good chance of receiving the package the next day!

📅 3. Weekend logistics

  • National couriers have a standard schedule and Saturdays and Sundays are usually non-working days for deliveries.
  • An order placed Friday (until 12:00) it will leave us on Friday, but it will reach you Monday.
  • An order placed Friday (after 12:00) it will leave us on Monday and reach you on Tuesday.

📦 4. Order Tracking and Parcel Safety

  • We want you to be informed and protected every step of the way:
  • AWB (Tracking): As soon as we have delivered the parcel, you will receive a notification (SMS/E-mail) with the AWB number. Thus, you can check the location of your package at any time on the courier's website.
  • Check on Receipt (Important!): Although we pack our products with great care, shipping accidents can happen. Please visually inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If you notice major damages (fluid leaks, broken box), please refuse the receipt and make a report with the agent. Subsequent complaints are much more difficult to resolve.

💡 Friendly Advice: Don't leave your order for the last hundred meters!

  • We all know that unpleasant feeling when the equipment is in the car, but the nada has not arrived. If you know you're going fishing this weekend, our recommendation is to order ahead of time (at least 2-3 days before).
  • Although we ship parcels extremely quickly, sometimes unforeseen situations may arise at the courier company (traffic jams, logistical errors, bad weather) which do not depend on Myon Baits. By ordering ahead of time, you eliminate all risk and stress, ensuring you have everything ready for the big catch on Friday night!
